Delivery Information and Payment Method
We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in paper box, paper bag or plastic bag.

Local Delivery
Access Televentures processes and ships orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered within three working days.

FREE standard domestic shipping on all orders over SGD$250. This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore delivery. Any orders less than SGD$250 will be charged for delivery fee (refer to the system computed fees). Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Alternatively, you may opt to collect your items at our warehouse at Tagore 8, 421 Tagore Industrial Avenue #01-08 Singapore 787805 between 10.00am to 5.00pm.

Payment Method
Access Televentures accepts the following payment options:

(1) PayPal (only accepted upon approval). PayPal can be transferred to our account at [email protected]. In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.

(2) Make a Bank Transfer through ATM or i-Banking to one of our designated Access Televentures bank accounts. (If you are using Internet Banking, please insert the Order ID into “Your initial” or “Comment”/”Description” field)

In order to confirm the bank transfer, you will need to email  us at “[email protected]” a receipt or take a screenshot of your transfer within 3 days from your payment date. If a bank transfer is made but no receipt is uploaded within this period, your order will be cancelled. We will verify and confirm your receipt within 3 working days from the date you upload it.
