Follow these simple steps and your order will soon be on its way to your door.

Step 1: Adding items to the Shopping Cart
View the item’s details by clicking on the product. Add items to your Shopping Cart after you have decided on your purchase and select the available options like quantity and pack sizes (if available).

Step 2: Checkout Method
When checking out, select whether you have a Registered Account or you want to do a Guest Checkout. As a Registered member, you would need to enter your email address and password. Note that by creating an account, you will be able to keep track of your product delivery status easily.

Step 3: Delivery Details
Enter your billing information as required. Shop
• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Shipping Details (if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address)
• Select your desired shipping method

Step 4: Select Your Preferred Shipping Method
• Self-collection
Self-collection can be done anytime between Monday to Friday 10:00am-5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays)

*Incomplete / incorrect address: In the event that address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned, please note this process will take up to 5 working days or longer. Shipping company will contact you and a redelivery fee which is the shipping cost will be chargeable before we send your items again.

Step 5: Select Payment Method
• PayPal
All payments will be in Singapore Dollars, and credit and debit card payments can be made with or without a PayPal registered account.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, once orders are placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.

Step 6: Confirm Order
Once you place your order, you will be given an order number and will receive a confirmation email with an order summary.

Step 7: Order Status
For registered member, you may log into your account to check the order status of your order. When payment is received, you should receive a shipping confirmation from Access Televentures Pte Ltd, your items will then be processed within three working day. In the rare event that you do not receive any shipping confirmation from [email protected] (Access Televentures Pte Ltd) within 24 hours, please check your junk mail or drop us an email with your order number at [email protected]
